We offer a total marketing service that includes comprehensive custom marketing materials, samples, web-site support, mailers and tele-marketing services. In other words, we work to get you accounts.
Complete Turn-Key Program & Price Structure
Our program works in any state and in any market. We have a complete product mix and standard “give away” items that parents and administrators love. We print order forms and order envelopes at no charge to you and send them directly to the school whenever you get an account.
Complete Production Service
At the end of each shoot, you will send your images and order envelopes to us and we will do all of the production and ship completed orders back to the school. This is a major benefit as many school photographers find themselves bogged down every year with production issues taking major effort at the same time that shooting schedules are very demanding. Because we do the production, you can focus 100% on the photography.
Complete Customer Service Support For Parents
As part of our service, we give every parent our customer service number (not yours). If parents have any questions, problems or concerns with their child’s order, we will take care of them directly. You will not have to worry about any issues relating to individual orders. In fact, we underwrite all of our products with a full 100% money-back guarantee and give every parent a postage paid envelope for them to return any unwanted photos at no charge for a full refund (we write the refunds too!).
The Profit Picture
Percentage Based Pricing: A Simple Formula for Succes
As a Glory Days Distributor you will be charged a fixed percentage discount off of all retail pricing. Generally, this discount rate is 40% of net revenue after applicable sales taxes and rebates. This simple pricing structure allows you a set profit margin and it allows us to offer you all of the marketing services and back office support without having to itemize or bill you for these benefits. Everything that you you get from us is included in the percentage payment; we never bill you for any additional amounts regardless of your client’s requirements or any problems with photography (including retakes) that may arise. Your costs are generally limited to your staffing costs, your own time, your equipment expenses, and the cost to ship orders to us for fulfillment.
